Automy.Tech ("we", "us") builds AI chatbots, business systems, websites and marketing for businesses in Egypt and abroad. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it.
1. Information you give us
When you fill in the free-consultation form we collect only what you type:
- Your name and phone / WhatsApp number (required)
- Email, business type, the service you're interested in, how and when you'd like us to contact you, and your message (optional)
If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, we receive what you send there under those platforms' own terms.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare a written plan and price, and follow up on your request
- To keep a record of our conversations with you
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
3. Where it is stored
Form entries are sent to our own automation system and saved in a private spreadsheet. A notification is sent to our team so we can respond quickly. Only the Automy.Tech team can access them.
4. Cookies and similar technology
This website does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful (for example, how many people visit and which country they come from). In most countries it stores a small cookie for this. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland it is configured not to store analytics cookies. We also store one small item in your browser (your language choice). The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to download them.
5. Our clients' customers
When we build a chatbot or system for a client, the client's customers' information belongs to that client. We process it only on the client's behalf to run the service they ordered. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want your data removed, contact that business directly, or contact us and we will pass your request on.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. We aim to respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We keep access to your information limited to our team and use reputable services for storage and messaging. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
8. Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
